Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation has promoted Steve Schnur to executive vice president and chief operating officer. He most recently served as senior regional executive vice president. Schnur has been with company since 2003 when he joined the Chicago office as vice president of leasing. In 2015, he was named executive vice president of the central region.  Schnur received his bachelor of science in organizational studies and his masters of science in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
