Zionsville-based Cornerstone Environmental, Health and Safety Inc. has hired Paul Dubenetzky as air programs manager in its Clean Air Act (CAA) Compliance Division. He has over 40 years of experience as an engineer, supervisor and manager in nearly all regulatory programs under the federal Clean Air Act. Dubenetzky has been directly responsible for developing Indiana’s overall State Implementation Plan and Title V Permit Program.
