Dual-Brand Hotel Coming to Fort Wayne

Construction on a new $35 million hotel, retail center development will soon begin in Fort Wayne. A groundbreaking has been set for the 17-acre site in the Dupont area for December 4.

The Blue Flame Hospitality project is titled "Parkside" and includes a 172-room hotel that will feature two brands: Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

"We are thrilled to welcome even more visitors to the Fort Wayne area," said Jason Patel, president and CEO of Blue Flame Hospitality. "Our family has built, owned, and operated multiple hotels here over the past 30 years. This is our largest project to date, and we can’t wait to get started."

The hotel will join two other Blue Flame properties in the area. The project is expected to employ about 100 when finished.
