Drew Industries to Change Name

As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowElkhart-based Drew Industries Inc. (NYSE: DW) will soon be known by a new name. The company’s board of directors has approved changing its name to LCI Industries, beginning December 30.
The company says its subsidiary, Lippert Components Inc., has "grown considerably" over the past decade and the name change will "better align the investment community with the strength of the LCI brand and the industries it serves." LCI supplies various components for recreational vehicles, manufactured homes, and other industries.
Under its new name, the company’s stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "LCII" when the market opens on January 3. Drew says outstanding stock certificates will not be affected by the name change.
