He previously served as director of product management at Salesforce. In that role, Wilson was responsible for the lifecycle of mobile messaging and location services products. He worked closely with Sales, Finance, Professional Services, Marketing and Support to bring product solutions to the market. He also frequently collaborated with the sales team as a subject matter expert.
The firm has also added Jim Barkley as a new board member. He recently retired as general counsel and secretary for Simon Property Group. Barkley brings to the Doxly board a unique perspective on the legal and finance space from his 38-year tenure, where he led large transactions for the company. He also led the creation and implementation of governance initiatives at Simon. Specifically, Barkley helped the board navigate through the requirements of The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. As general counsel, he supervised a fully-integrated legal, risk management, tax and internal audit team.
