Fort Wayne-based DOXA Insurance Holdings LLC has named Timothy Wiggins chief operating officer and managing partner. He previously worked as vice president of operations and CIO at The Medical Protective Co. Wiggins has also worked with GE Insurance and EDS Insurance. He has nearly 22 years of insurance-oriented IT and operations experience.
