Downtown Indy will detail nearly 60 developments Wednesday expected to be complete by 2017. The organization says the efforts represent a total investment of more than $1.3 billion. Downtown Indy has released the following details on the updated list:

–New residential and mixed-use developments make up $714 million, or 53 percent of the total. Highlights include 360 Market Square, Lockerbie Lofts and Circa Phase II.

–$503 Million is projected to be spent in commercial development, accounting for 37.5 percent of the total. Highlights include: Milhaus Headquarters in Fletcher Place, Loftus Robinson’s renovation of the long-vacant J.F. Wild building and Cummins Global Distribution Business Headquarters in Market East.

–Living Amenities: YMCA at CityWay, Downtown Transit Center and a new Whole Foods as part of 360 Market Square.

The organization will discuss the projects Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Chase Tower in downtown Indianapolis.
