Downtown Indy, Inc. has named Benjamim Eduardo research manager. Eduardo completed his master’s degree in applied economics in May from IUPUI. He moved to Indy from Luanda, Angola, Africa in 2013. Also, Allison Troutner has been named executive assistant. She most recently served at Orchard School as an assistant to the Early Childhood and Elementary School. Troutner is a Ball State graduate and has a master’s degree in anthropology and development from Maynooth University, Ireland.
