Indianapolis-based Donovan CPAs has appointed Jimmy Wade (pictured) as its fourth partner and promoted him to director of tax services. He joined the firm in 2017 as a manager in the tax services group.

Also, Nina Budd has been promoted to tax manager and Jayden McBride to senior accountant. Budd joined the firm in 1987. McBride has been with the firm since 2015 and is currently responsible for tax returns, audits and the completing the 1099 process.
