Fort Wayne-based Do it Best Corp. has promoted Steve Rose (pictured) to national logistics manager. He most recently served as safety director since joining the company. in 2011.  Rose previously spent 10 years in operations for Wal-Mart distribution.

Also, the company has hired the following:

• Jordan Elick as a consumer marketing specialist

• Ricky Stevens as a PC/web support analyst
