DMI Acquires California Company

DMI is expanding its portfolio. The mobility company, which has offices and 300 staff in Carmel, has acquired California-based digital commerce company Pragiti.
DMI says the acquisition of Pragiti was strategic, positioning the company closer to its many Silicon Valley-based technology partners.
Through the deal, DMI will gain 200 employees across the globe.
“The Pragiti acquisition bolsters DMI’s ability to accelerate our clients’ business transformation through the digitization of their business model. It also increases our ability to drive personalization and customer engagement across B2B, B2C and B2B2C organizations. Pragiti’s track record of successful implementations and satisfied customers in SAP Commerce Cloud adds to our existing expertise across the other leading commerce platforms, including Oracle, Salesforce and Adobe/Magento,” said DMI Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Jay Sunny Bajaj, in a news release. “We are proud to provide our clients with a full-service digital agency, next-gen consulting, scaled agile application development and managed services to transform brands and deliver best-in-class experiences. The Pragiti acquisition demonstrates our commitment to being the leader in this space.”
