Dittoe Public Relations has promoted Kate Shambrook and Rachel Huffman to senior account managers. They both previously served as account executives. Shambrook came from another public relations agency in Indianapolis and Huffman came from one in North Carolina. In their new positions, they will now take on a more strategic role in the planning and execution of client goals.
