Distributor to Bring Hemp Beverages to Indiana

Indianapolis-based independent distributor Craftroads Beverage has announced a collaboration with Floral Beverages to distribute its hemp botanical beverages to restaurants, bars and liquor stores throughout Indiana. Floral Beverages is an Indiana-based company that makes CBD and Delta-8 sparking water and drink enhancer products.

Floral says its CBD products are wellness-based and its Delta-8 offerings are an alternative to alcohol. Delta-8 THC is a derivative of hemp sometimes known as “weed light,” according to our partners at the Indianapolis Business Journal.

While marijuana remains illegal in Indiana, Delta-8 products remain legal, though the sale of such products has been blocked in more than a dozen other states.

Floral Beverages says all of its hemp products are grown, extracted, purified and canned in Indiana.

“Hemp-based products have historically had some stigma associated with them. Floral is a great example of a company challenging that perspective,” said Bill Jackson, general manager of Craftroads Beverage. “They’ve tapped professionals from inside & outside the cannabis space to design a product that is focused on quality through the product life cycle. We’re extremely proud to represent their brand in our home state.”

Craftroads says it will distribute Floral Beverages’ products to all 92 counties in Indiana.
