Disaster Restoration Company Acquired

A water damage restoration service in Indianapolis has been acquired by a Canadian company. Moore Restoration Inc. is one of several businesses purchased by First Onsite Property Restoration, a subsidiary of FirstService Corp. (Nasdaq: FSV). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, Moore helps property owners restore homes and business properties that sustained water, smoke, storm, and environmental damage. The company says it also specializes in disinfection services for hospitals.

First Onsite also acquired Complete Inc., a disaster restoration company in the Florida Panhandle.
