Director of Planning for South Bend Named

Tim Corcoran has been hired as director of planning for the South Bend Department of Community Investment. He previously worked as an urban designer and town planning consultant in Australia for more than 12 years. Corcoran is a graduate of Ball State University and the University of Sydney.
