The first-ever executive director of Indianapolis-based nonprofit DirectEmployers Association, Bill Warren, will retire in December. Warren has served as executive director since the organization’s founding in 2001. Prior to that, he launched the employment website Online Career Center which, through a merger, later became Monster.com. The board of directors has already begun a search for Warren’s successor.
