Officials will cut the ribbon on Elevate Brownsburg, a $4.8 million property with more than 100 office suites, conference rooms and coworking space. Elevate Brownsburg is part of an $80 million masterplan for a big swath of the downtown area known as Arbuckle Acres.
In an interview with Inside INdiana Business, Indianapolis-based Envoy Inc. President Scott Baldwin said more development is on the way. "The town of Brownsburg and the redevelopment commission have taken pretty aggressive steps to create what I’ll call a town center or an expansion of their town center in Arbuckle Park and we’re just a small piece. We happen to be, maybe, the first stepping stone in what looks to be a very large transformation of Brownsburg over the next — we’ll call it 18-24 months," he said.
Multiple developments including housing, green space, retail and parking continue to take shape in and around Elevate Brownsburg. Baldwin says the facility completed by his company fits a wide range of businesses: from tech-engaged entrepreneurs to service professionals.
