Carmel, Ind. — Thomas A. Grant and a group of associates, in partnership with Thompson Thrift Development, recently completed the purchase of 70 acres at 106th Street just east of Interstate 69 in Fishers, Ind.
The site consists of the undeveloped acreage within Delaware Park, which contains Roche Pharmaceuticals, Freedom Mortgage and three other office buildings.
As part of the partnership, Thompson Thrift Development's role is to facilitate the collaborative development of a master plan for the property. It also will handle all sales, leasing and development activities connected with the site.
Delaware Park is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) to accommodate retail, office and industrial use.
