Fort Wayne, Ind. — Redwood Living, an investor in Greater Fort Wayne Inc., will celebrate the construction of its new apartment home community, Maplecrest by Redwood, with a ceremonial groundbreaking on Friday, March 21, at 11 a.m. at 5499 Maplecrest Road. Redwood will proudly join the Fort Wayne community and will be joined by local officials, businesses and the general public at the groundbreaking ceremony.
Redwood Living is one of the premier developers of Distinctive Single-Story Apartment Homes in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Over the next four years, Redwood Living will be adding almost 500 apartment homes, on the basis of four or five communities to the Fort Wayne area. This will create between $35 – 45 million in investment.
