Indianapolis-based Gradison Design-Build will Thursday unveil details of a $30 million project involving 60 new homes near downtown Fishers. The South Village of Nickel Plate project is expected to take five years to complete.
The homes are expected to start in the $400,000s. The developer says the work will include improvements to sidewalks and streetscapes and will be within walking distance of the Nickel Plate District, the Nickel Plate Trail and Fishers Elementary. A groundbreaking ceremony is slated for July.
