Indianapolis-based Densborn Blachly LLP has promoted Alexa Woods (pictured) to partner. Also, Bill Haut (pictured) has joined the business, real estate and litigation team. 

Woods has served the firm for five years.  She is a real estate development lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Woods is a graduate of the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University.

Haut previously served as executive vice president and general counsel for Learfield IMG College, the largest collegiate licensing company in the United States. Prior to that he served as partner at a Warrick & Boyn LLP in Elkhart.
