Indianapolis-based Denison Parking has announced a leadership change. The company has promoted Perry Griffith III to president, succeeding Jeffrey Line, who has been named chief operating officer.
Denison Parking operates 71,000 parking spaces in 10 states. In a news release, Board Chairman Perry Griffith Jr. said it was Line’s idea to promote Griffith and step back as COO.
“I would like to recognize and thank Jeff Line for his leadership as President over the last two and a half years. He did a wonderful job,” said Perry Griffith Jr. “I look forward to Jeff’s continued contribution to Denison Parking. Over the past few years, Perry has learned the business and earned the respect of his colleagues. He brings youth, energy, and vision to the next evolution of Denison Parking’s management and growth. Perry, along with the rest of the Denison Parking team, will continue to provide outstanding service to our clients while maintaining the hallmark of Denison Parking’s reputation as a leader in parking operations and technology.”
The company says Matt Belanger will remain the chief information officer and senior vice president of service delivery.
