Taylor, Michigan — Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS) is pleased to announce the following appointments:
Richard O'Reagan has been promoted to Group President, Global Plumbing, effective immediately. As Group President, Mr. O'Reagan will have responsibility for Delta Faucet Company, Hansgrohe, BrassCraft, Masco Canada, Liberty Hardware, Mirolin and Brasstech.
Most recently, Mr. O'Reagan was President of Delta Faucet Company, a position he assumed in 2011. He joined Delta Faucet Company in 2008 as its Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Masco, Mr. O'Reagan held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Mansfield Plumbing Products.
“Richard has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop high-performing teams, drive focus on the customer and deliver outstanding results,” said Keith Allman, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With his extensive experience in the plumbing industry and his proven leadership capabilities, I am confident that Richard will drive growth and continued innovation in this platform.”
Mr. O'Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Virginia's School of Engineering and an MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.
Jai Shah has been appointed as President of Delta Faucet Company and Group Vice President of Masco Corporation. Mr. Shah joined Masco in 2003 and has held a variety of leadership roles in finance, corporate strategy and group operations, and most recently served as Vice President-Chief Human Resource Officer.
“Over the years, Jai has contributed to the financial and strategic development of the Company. He is focused on the customer and, I believe, he will be instrumental in directing Delta into a new era of industry leadership,” said Mr. Allman.
Prior to joining Masco, Mr. Shah held a number of management positions at JohnsonDiversey, Unilever and The Molson Companies. Mr. Shah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
