Delivra Appoints Executive Vice President

He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Indianapolis-based Adayana. In this newly-created role, Metzger will serve as an advisor to Neil Berman, company founder and CEO, on all aspects of the organization’s activities, including operations, finance and human resources. He will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the company and ensuring performance objectives. Prior to Adayana, Metzger spent three years with Deloitte Consulting as a manager of strategy and operations where he provided consultation on process improvement and decision analytics for large healthcare systems in the U.S. Metzger currently serves as an associate professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he teaches a strategy capstone course covering market assessment, strategy development and implementation for graduate students. Metzger received his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville.
