Dedication Set For Solar Project

Both businesses have experience in green development.

Three electric cooperatives in Indiana will dedicate a new solar installation this morning in Henry County. The 4,300-panel array will generate up to 1 megawatt of energy for east central Indiana.

The Henry County REMC, RushShelby Energy, Whitewater Valley REMC and Hoosier Energy are partnering on the installation. The dedication is set for 10:00 Wednesday morning on County Road 500 South in New Castle.
