Deaconess Foundation Appoints New Board Members (L to R) John Lamb

The Evansville-based Deaconess Foundation has appointed three new board members. The appointees join nearly two dozen other members of the foundation’s board.

The board appointed John Lamb, who serves as the south region president of German American Bank. He also serves on the boards of several other organizations, including the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana and the Southwest Indiana Chamber.

Kathryn Nix joined the board as well. Nix is the marketing director for the Evansville Courier & Press and is the former president of the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana board of directors.

The board also welcomed Havi Troffkin as one if its newest members. Troffkin is also part of the Vanderburgh Medical Alliance.
