Subscribe NowThe Indiana Department of Child Services has appointed Heidi Monroe deputy director of permanency and practice support. In her role, she will provide critical customer service in specialized areas to the field staff of DCS. Monroe previously served as director of children’s services at Meridian Health Services. She also spent two years working at Talbert House as the behavioral health director in Cincinnati.
Monroe has a bachelor’s degree in psychological science from Ball State and a master’s degree in public administration from American Public University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in behavioral health management-integrated health from Arizona State University.
