Michael Summers has been appointed office director for the Indiana Department of Child Services Knox County office. He started with the agency in 2006 as a family case manager and was promoted to family case manager supervisor in 2008. Summers earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in criminal justice from the University of Southern Indiana.
