West Lafayette Mayor John Dennis will join Purdue University President Mitch Daniels Wednesday to detail a joint, university-city corridor upgrade project. The presentation on the effort to enhance State Street from the Wabash River through campus is part of Purdue's annual Road School event.

West Lafayette, Ind. — Purdue University President Mitch Daniels and West Lafayette Mayor John Dennis will introduce a presentation on the joint university-city State Street project at 2 p.m. Wednesday (March 11) in Stewart Center's Fowler Hall.

Their presentation will be part of Purdue's annual Road School.

The project is designed to enhance the State Street corridor from the Wabash River through campus to U.S. 231.

David Buck, West Lafayette public works director, will give details of the proposed project. Michael B. Cline, Purdue vice president for physical facilities, will moderate.
