Damien Center Hires Director

The Damien Center has hired Dexter Etter as director of STD/HIV prevention. He most recently served at the Indiana State Department of Health in the HIV/STD/Viral Hepatitis division where he led statewide quality improvement and health equity efforts. Etter holds a master’s degree from Indiana University.
