The Damien Center in Indianapolis has hired Charrie Stambaugh (pictured) as philanthropy officer. Also, Emily Leiserson has been appointed donor relations manager.

Staumbaugh has spent more than 18 years helping nonprofits with fundraising and business development including Eskenazi Health and Second Helpings. She earned a master of public health from Indiana University School of Medicine.

Leiserson most recently served as director of development for the Indianapolis Art Center. She is currently working toward a PhD at IUPUI, where she is studying the impact of the arts on communities and individuals in Indianapolis and Central Indiana.
