Damar Foundation has hired Steve Helmich as executive vice president of fundraising. He was previously the president at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis for 16 years. Helmich was responsible for raising over $75 million for Cathedral during his tenure as president. He also previously served as president of the Community Education Coalition in Columbus and president of the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce.
