Damar Services in Indianapolis has promoted Anthony Nwokedi to resource team director.  He has served the organization as a direct care staffer since 2014.  

In his new role, Nwokedi will be responsible for leading a team of staff who support Damar employees during client crisis situations. 

He is certified through the National Resource Center for Youth Services, and also serves as a staff trainer for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, a model for crisis de-escalation.
