Cushman & Wakefield Transitioning Indy Office Leaders

Cushman & Wakefield has announced a new market leader for its Indianapolis office. Chris Yeakey will take on the role beginning later this month. The company says longtime Managing Principal Jeff Henry is set to retire at the end of the year.
In September, the global commercial real estate company announced its $2 billion acquisition of Chicago-based DTZ had been complete. The combined operation includes more than $5 billion in revenue and 43,000 employees throughout the world.
Yeakey previously served as vice president of regional asset manager for Indiana and Ohio with Indianapolis-based Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE). The Indiana State University grad most recently managed assets in Indianapolis, Lebanon, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio.
Jeffrey Henry has led the Indianapolis office for the last 15 years and spent more than 40 years in the industry.
