Cushman & Wakefield Names New Indy Operations Leader

Tim Michel joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1997.

Cushman & Wakefield has named Tim Michel managing principal of its Indianapolis operations. He succeeds Chris Yeakey, who has served in the role since late-2015. Michel has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 20 years, serving most recently as executive managing director of the investor services business.

Michel says "I’m humbled by the opportunity to lead the Cushman & Wakefield business in this great city. I look forward to continued collaboration with my colleagues here and across the U.S. as we continue to build a leading business and provide our clients with exceptional service." His experience includes time as senior managing director of asset services with the company and before coming to Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for the Geo. S. Olive & Co. accounting firm.

The appointment is effective immediately.
