Chris Yeakey will be taking the reins from outgoing Cushman & Wakefield Managing Principal Jeff Henry and assuming the role of Indianapolis market leader. Henry is retiring at the end of the year after 42 years in the commercial real estate business. Yeakey comes from Duke Realty where he was vice president, regional asset manager for Indiana and Ohio.
