Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Timothy Michel (pictured) to managing principal of its Indianapolis operations. He replaces Chris Yeakey, who had led the office since November 2015. Michel has been with Cushman & Wakefield for 21 years. He most recently served as executive managing director in the firm’s Investor Services business. Prior to this he was senior managing director, asset services, and was responsible for the executive level oversight and growth of the Asset Services platform in the East Region and growing the business to more than 370 million square feet.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, Michel spent 12 years with the accounting firm of Geo. S. Olive & Co.
