Cummins Inc. has named Nicole Lamb-Hale vice president and general counsel. She is managing director at Kroll and will begin her duties at Cummins in May. Lamb-Hale was nominated by President Barack Obama to serve as assistant secretary of manufacturing and services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Association in 2010. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
