Crouch, OCRA to Detail Small Business Program

State officials will Monday announce a new program they say will benefit small businesses throughout the state. The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs says the program will help Main Street organizations in Indiana retain small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch, along with OCRA Executive Director Jodi Golden, Indiana State Director for USDA Rural Development Michael Dora, and Business Program District Director for USDA Development Anthony Kirkland, will provide more details of the program.
The Indiana Main Street Program encourages economic development, redevelopment and improvement to the downtown areas of cities and towns throughout the state.
The announcement is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Indiana Statehouse.
