The Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, has appointed Rafael Sanchez as chair of the board of directors. He is president of private banking at Old National Bank. Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
