Managed Health Services, in collaboration with its parent company, Centene Corporation, has awarded Teresa Ruiz with the national Summit Award for Excellence.

Ruiz serves the Crawfordsville area and surrounding communities including Tippecanoe County, Boone County and other areas of Montgomery County.  She provides care at Witham Pediatrics for both commercially insured and patients with state Medicaid including MHS. Ruiz has been with Witham Health Services for 14 years.
