Indianapolis-based CORE Planning Strategies LLC has named Karen Valiquett lead project manager. She previously worked for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, where she served as assistant director of design and planning for the Engineering Division. Valiquett will be responsible for communicating and connecting with clients to drive their projects to successful completion and for the implementation of long-term solutions. She earned a BSE in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and has been LEED AP certified since 2008. Valique is currently part of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, a member of the American Conservation Engineers and serves as a ward chair and precinct committeeman in Washington Township within Marion County in Indianapolis, Indiana.
