Fort Wayne-based Jack Laurie Group Inc. has acquired Crown Distributing Inc. in Lafayette. The deal for the residential and commercial flooring business expands the company's footprint in the state, which includes offices in Indianapolis and Carmel. February 20, 2014

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Jack Laurie Group announces the purchase of Crown Distributing of Lafayette.

The Jack Laurie Group is comprised of 6 companies focused on the sales, installation, and maintenance of commercial and residential flooring and related trades.

The Ft. Wayne-based company has offices in Ft. Wayne, Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Carmel.

The acquisition of Crown Distributing solidifies Jack Laurie's position in the flooring market in the Lafayette and surrounding areas.
