Statement From AM General Spokesman Jeff Adams
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – “I can confirm that AM General will soon begin recalling employees back to work at its Military Assembly Plant in anticipation of a U.S. Government contract.
“This action could result in as many as 200 employees being recalled if the contract is executed as anticipated and is consistent with our prior communications that as we secure additional HMMWV orders we would adjust production accordingly.”
