Fishers-based First Internet Bancorp (Nasdaq: INBK) will Tuesday break ground on its new headquarters in the city’s downtown. The parent of First Internet Bank is moving into a 168,000-square-foot building, which is part of a $157 million development project announced in December.
The overall project is also slated to include a boutique hotel, as well as residential, retail and additional office space. Indianapolis-based Browning Investments is developing the project.
Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness will join First Internet Bancorp Chief Executive Officer David Becker, Chief Operating Officer Nicole Lorch and officials from Browning Investments for the groundbreaking ceremony.
