Construction to Begin on $27M Downtown Development

Indianapolis-based Domo Development LLC and Fort Wayne officials will break ground Thursday on the $27 million Cityscape Flats development. The project will be located across from Parkview Field and include 167 apartments, eight row houses and a parking garage.

Last year, Domo completed construction of the 264-unit Steeplechase at Parkview residential project elsewhere in the city.

Mayor Tom Henry says Cityscape Flats is part of the "unprecedented" momentum taking place throughout the city, particularly downtown.

Earlier this week, another high-profile project reached a ceremonial milestone. A "topping out" event was held to mark completion of the first portion of construction on the $100 million Ash Skyline Plaza.
