The more than $5 million Parkview Physicians Group Northeast Clinic is expected to be complete in November.
The more than 14,000 square-foot facility will house 18 exam rooms, along with e-visit exam rooms and lab services, among other amenities. Parkview says the clinic will serve as a pilot location for X-ray services as well.
"As a community-owned healthcare provider, Parkview’s focus is outward, on the needs of the people in our communities. It’s about investing in those communities to make sure we can be relied upon for years to come," said Mike Packnett, president and CEO of Parkview Health. "We are excited to give the residents of northeast Allen even greater access to Parkview Physicians Group and their trusted team of caregivers."
The facility is the latest in a string of projects from Parkview. The health system recently celebrated the opening of its $20 million Warsaw Hospital. It is also in the midst of construction of the $80 million Parkview Cancer Institute in Fort Wayne.
