News Release

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. – Stant Corporation's headquarters will remain in its current location in Connersville, Indiana, for the foreseeable future. Stant has been headquartered in Connersville since its founding 116 years ago in 1898. The decision to remain in Connersville fortifies Stant's commitment to the city and community, and to maintaining a strong, visible presence as a leading manufacturing company in the area.

“We looked at a number of other alternatives,” said Curt S. Howell, President & CEO. “However, the most important factor to consider was the hardworking men and women in Connersville and their commitment to excellence. We thank the men, women, and leadership of the Local UAW for their support and confidence. Additionally, the efforts of Mayor Urban and Economic Development Group Director Dan Parker must be acknowledged and commended, as they played an integral role in our decision to remain in Connersville.”

Stant currently has nearly 300 employees at its Connersville headquarters campus, which includes the corporate headquarters, machine development building, technical center, and manufacturing operations.
