Conexus Indiana has added three members to its board of directors, including Teresa Wade (pictured) and Teresa van Niekerk (pictured). Also, Tom Fuja has also joined the board. 

Wade is founder and owner of Cincinnati-based CFA Staffing. She has been in the staffing business for 20 years, starting with her first job driving a bus delivering temporaries to work.

van Niekerk serves as vice president of purchasing and supplier quality for Allison Transmission. Prior to that, she was the vice president of purchasing for Navistar Inc. truck division and has over 20 years of experience in the heavy duty transportation and the advanced manufacturing industry. Van Niekerk holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Fuja serves as professor of electrical engineering at the University of Notre Dame. He also serves as faculty director of iNDustry Labs, a collaboration platform established to leverage the region’s biggest economic drivers: a powerful manufacturing base and a leading global research university. Fuja received bachelor of science degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from the University of Michigan and M.Eng and a Ph.D., both in electrical engineering, from Cornell University.
