A prominent Indiana entertainment venue is marking a milestone. Klipsch Music Center in Hamilton County is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The facility has undergone several name changes and continues to bring big names to Indiana. Tom Mendenhall from the center's owner Live Nation and the venue's General Manager Andrew Newport discussed the history and plans for the future during a recent appearance on Inside INdiana Business Television. The ampitheater is believed to be the largest outdoor concert venue in the state. It has a capacity of 24,000.

Indianapolis-based Klipsch struck a deal for the naming rights in 2011 as part of a national strategy. It already had an arrangement with Live Nation for similar rights at venues in New York and Florida.

At the time, the chief executive officer of speaker manufacturer called the deal “one of the most significant milestones in Klipsch history.”
